Graphene shows great capabilities and become more and more popular in advanced materials.The electron mobility of graphene is determined by the carrier concentration and carrier mobility,but scattering effects limit the carrier mobility.We focused on roughness scattering in grapheme and adopted a spherical crown pattern to study on it.We got the electron mobility of graphene by formula derivation and analogue computation.The electron mobility of graphene exceeds 104cm2V-1s-1 even if the electrons are under the combination of different scattering effects which means graphene has a great capacity for charge mobility.
