Radiotherapy is one of the most effective and important measure for breast cancer treatment.However, with the effect of furthest controlling tumor, radiotherapy also has a radiation-induced bystander effect on normal tissue around the tumor.double-strand breaks(DSBs) repair by normal cells around is the best way to reduce the low dose radiation-induced bystandereffect.
