本文对某型红外导引头的电磁兼容性设计展开分析。针对靶场试验环境下,导引头的噪声 V_N 急剧增加的现象,分析了噪声形成原因,总结出了导引头电缆传输线组合、排列规律,以及布线、屏蔽、接地的方式;结合导引头中电源去耦、抑制晶体管开关电路感性负载瞬间噪声干扰以及降低前置放大器外部噪声干扰的若干措施,提出了红外导引头电磁兼容性设计中应当考虑的几个问题。本文的分析结果,具有工程实用性,可供新型产品设计、研制时参考。
This article analyzes the EMC design of a type of infrared seeker. Aiming at the phenomenon that the noise V_N of the seeker increases sharply under the shooting range test environment, the reason of the noise is analyzed, the combination and arrangement of the transmission lines of the seeker cable are summarized, and the ways of wiring, shielding and grounding are summarized. Power decoupling, suppression of transient noise in the inductive load of the transistor switching circuit, and some measures to reduce the external noise interference of the preamplifier. Several problems that should be considered in the design of the electromagnetic compatibility of the infrared seeker are put forward. The results of this paper, with practical engineering, for new product design, development, reference.
