Phosphine(PH3) is a kind of impurity in yellow phosphoric tail gas.PH3 could make catalysts toxic and impede recycling of yellow phosphoric tail gas.Purifying PH3 is beneficial to environment and chemical production.Catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of PH3 is that PH3 is purified in gas-solid-liquid three phase reaction systems, selecting good absorption solution is the first step.Absorption solution is used for intensifying gas mass transport process.This paper reported PH3 absorption in Cu2+ solution.Reaction temperature, oxygen concentration and gas flow rate were main influence factors in absorption reactions, these factors were also studied in this work.
