本文在文献[4]的基础上,提出了螺旋型电流发生器电感计算的两个新模型:双迴路模型和单迴路模型。新模型给出的电感计算公式克服了文献[4]中所给出的公式的局限性和经验性,得到了同实验测量完全一致的结果。
Based on the literature [4], this paper presents two new models of spiral inductor current calculation: dual-loop model and single-loop model. The inductance calculation formula given by the new model overcomes the limitations and the empiricalities of the formulas given in [4] and obtains exactly the same results as the experimental ones.
