The first liver transplantation was performed in 1963, now it has been developed to become the classical treatment of terminal liver diseases. The exposure of recipient blood to the new donor liver and the ischemia-reperfusion injury of graft liver and intestine during neo-hepatic stage of orthopotic liver transplantation (OLT) can manifest as a state of vasoplegia that relate to severe and persistent vasodilation and decreased systemic vascular resistance, and that poorly respond to volume expansion and vasoconstrictive drugs.
