Objective: To compare the preparing time,preparing effect and instruments wear between Reciproc and Mtwo NiTi system in molar curved root canals.Methods: Sixty curved root canals,20 to 35 degree curved measured by Schneider method,of fresh extracted human molars were randomly divided into two groups: group 1,thirty curved root canals were prepared by Mtwo system; group 2,thirty curved root canals were prepared by Reciproc R25.The preparing time,preparing effect and instruments wear were compared.
