承德市体育产业被承德市市委、市政府列入全市重点发展的14个产业项目之一,2014年是承德市委、市政府提出体育事业大发展的重要一年,要大力推进体育休闲产业发展,培养特色体育项目,大力培育高端休闲体育项目,吸引高端赛事落户承德,积极谋划休闲健身基地项目,推动全民健身运动的更大发展,推进乡镇(街道)体育组织和社区体育俱乐部建设。在京津冀一体化协同发展的背景下,承德市应充分发挥区位优势发展休闲体育产业,促进承德市体育产业的发展,更好地服务于京津冀一体化发展。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法对承德市休闲体育产业进行SWOT分析,指出承德市休闲体育产业发展具有“一市连五省”的独特区位优势,集山川、草原、坝地于一身,具有满、汉民族交融聚集地的自然优势、京津冀一体化协同发展的政策优势、承德市国家级历史文化名城和避暑盛地得天独厚的旅游优势、300年山庄文化底蕴优势,以及经济发展相对落后、场馆利用率低、缺少体育文化氛围等劣势。面对周边城市发展的挑战以及休闲体育人才匮乏的挑战,承德市在休闲体育产业的发展上应抓住京津冀一体化协同发展、休闲体育产业蓬勃发展、国际旅游城市发展的优势,形成具有承德区域特色的休闲体育产业。
