城市管理是城市发展进程中值得重视的大问题,城市管理制度随着城市的发展不断系统、完善。唐代是我国城市经济的繁荣时期,城市的发展要求建立与之相适应的管理制度。唐代城市管理制度包含众多内容,其中某些内容已被学界予以关注,产生了大量研究成果。唐末五代时期,战乱频仍的社会环境引起了城市的变化,城市管理面临新的问题,管理制度发生了重大变化,这些变化深刻影响到宋代的城市管理制度。本文拟从唐代城市管理模式、唐代城市管理系统、唐代对城市居民社会生活的管理、唐代对城市环境的管理和唐末五代城市管理制度的变迁几方面展开论述,以期阐明唐五代时期城市管理制度的发展、演变情况。
Urban management is a big issue that deserves attention in the process of urban development. The urban management system is continuously and systematically improved with the development of the city. The Tang Dynasty was the prosperous period of China’s urban economy. The development of the city required the establishment of a management system that is compatible with it. The Tang Dynasty city management system contains a lot of content, some of which have been the academic community to pay attention, resulting in a large number of research results. During the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties, the social environment with frequent wars caused the change of cities. Urban management was facing new problems and the management system underwent major changes. These changes had a profound impact on the city management system in Song Dynasty. This article intends to discuss from the aspects of the urban management pattern in the Tang Dynasty, the urban management system in the Tang Dynasty, the social life in the Tang Dynasty to the urban residents, the management of the urban environment in the Tang Dynasty and the changes in the urban management system in the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties, The Development and Evolvement of Urban Management System in Period.
