　　Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of the biological agents Etanercept (Enbrel) for the treatment of three cases of intractable juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).Methods:There are three cases of children with intractable juvenile idiopathic arthritis who have poor efficacy of disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs),given treatment of subcutaneous Etanercept (Enbrel)weekly 0.8mg/kg,of which one oligoarticular,two polyarticular cases.
