　　In this paper, the DHGF algorithm of comprehensive evaluation method based on Weapon Equipment Acquisition Contract Theory was constructed.The indicator system for evaluating equipment scientific contract was built.Finally, we provide a concrete example and analyze the result of evaluation scientifically.
