PurPose:To investigate the factors which may influence the renal function following oPen surgery of abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:25 Patients underwent oPen surgery of abdominal aortic aneurysm in SICU between APril in 2007 and SePtember in 2009 in The First Affiliated HosPital of SunYat-sen University were included.All factors which may influence the PostoPerative renal function were investigated and analyzed.Result:s We found that the PostoPerative level of creatine were correlated with the PreoPerative renal function.The sPeed of fluid resuscitation after surgery was also correlated with the urine outPut following surgery.Conclusion:The renal function before the surgery has great influence on PostoPerative renal function in Patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.The sPeed of fluid resuscitation after surgery could also influence the PostoPerative renal function in Patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.
