本文介绍实验性矽肺研究的透射电镜制样方法。标本采用戊二醛-多聚甲醛混合固定液固定,在负压中进一步固定;延长脱水与浸透时间,并辅以机械振荡;选用大角度玻璃刀及较慢速度
