　　Based on the CT scan results of 3D four-directional braided ceramic matrix composites and theoretical research, an improved 3D cell model was established.This model truly reflected the mesoscopic structure of the composites.The yams' cross-section along those axis varied cyclically in shape and area, close to the jamming pattern of thetightyarns.
