Teacher evaluation has become an essential part of accountability in higher education.One of the most commonly used method to evaluate teachers performance is through students feedback.We did a longitudinal study at Khyber Medical University to analyse the studentsfeedback on teachers performance and to determine the impact of this evaluation.The Objective is to determine the correlation and significance of students feedback on improving teachers performance.The Methodology: the students feedback on teachers performance was analysed for 38 faculty members from 2011 to 2014 including feedbacks from four semesters.
