PLCE1基因多态性在胃癌发生过程作用的探讨

磷脂酶CE1(phospholipase C epsilon-1,PLCE1)是新发现的磷脂酶家族C新成员,其分子结构和功能较为复杂,在细胞信号转导过程中可能起重要作用.PLCE1的激活可引起一系列的生化反应,最终调节细胞的生长、增殖、分化等.此外,PLCE1特有的CDC25和RA相关结构域具有鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换活性,能够与小G蛋白的Ras超家族之间相互作用,参与MAPK信号通路,影响细胞骨架改变、细胞运动、增殖、凋亡、肿瘤生成及发展等.PLCE1基因的外显了上rs3765524和rs2274223位点与胃癌发生相关,并影响该基因的表达参与胃癌发生,初步可以看作为胃癌诊断和治疗的有效候选分了,为胃癌的发病机理研究奠定理论基础。
