构建社会主义新林区,林业企业的安全稳定是前提。林业企业安监部门如何针对当前安全生产中暴露出来的新情况、新问题,围绕企业实际情况,积极探索新形势下加强安全生产监管工作的新思路,实现安全生产监管机制的创新,构建起企业安全管理长效机制,是当前安监工作面临的重要课题。笔者认为应该从建立健全安全生产法律体系、建立健全责任落实机制、建立健全运行保障机制、建立健全预警监控系统、建立健全协调配合机制、建立健全应急救援机制、建立健全激励与约束机制等七个方面着手,积极构建林业企业安全生产长效机制,彻底解决实际工作的难题。
