　　Objective Androgen deprivation therapy(ADT)with antiandrogens targeting androgens/androgen receptor(AR)signaling is the standard used to treat prostate cancer in different clinical settings besides surgical treatment.ADT is commonly prescribed for men with high-risk localized prostate cancer,recurrent,progressive,or metastatic prostate cancer,which are still androgen sensitive.
