This article considers the logistics industry as an intermediate input of manufacturing industry and builds up the production function of manufacturing and logistics industry based on the specialization theory.Finally, it finds out the benefit distribution between manufacturing and logistics industry and get some conclusion for the future development of manufacturing and logistics industry.
