  Human immune system (HIS) protects human beings against microbe infection, but immunopathologic mechanisms are still unclear due to lack of a suitable animal model.Mice are the most useful experimental animals, but there are many differences between human and mice for the long period of evolution.Reconstitution of a functional HIS in mice will provide a powerful tool to study HIS physiology and pathophysiology.
