Caspase是一类死亡特异性蛋白酶家族[1],可通过两种基本的途径––线粒体途径和死亡受体途径介导细胞凋亡,其中Caspase-3是两条凋亡途径的汇合点.毛细管电泳飞升级或纳升级的样品需求量使得在单细胞快速高效分离中具有优势,并且高灵敏度的激光诱导荧光检测技术[2]使得毛细管电泳在单细胞分析中得到快速发展.
受液相色谱高压机械泵单向阀原理的启发,本文使用离子交换微球替代传统的离子交换平板膜用于构建电致驱动毛细管离子色谱关键部件.微球球型结构非常适合于制作微流分析系统的密封部件,这可以通过制作的离子交换微球制作电致淋洗液发生器、微型检测器或微型在线除盐器、微型抑制器和毛细管电渗泵电场去耦合器得以展示.
