Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma-associated renal cell carcinoma is a rare and relatively newly defined entity.It has characteristic histological features and specific germline FH mutations.Herein,we report a case of a female patient with a history of multiple uterine leiomyoma.The patient subsequently presented with a right renal tumour.
