老年髋臼骨折臼顶压缩或移位的CT分型研究

目的介绍一种老年髋臼骨折臼顶压缩或移位的CT分型，并评价基于此分型进行臼顶压缩或移位骨折复位的效果及术后功能。方法回顾性分析2010年2月至2019年12月期间河南省洛阳正骨医院郑州院区骨盆创伤外科收治的20例合并臼顶压缩或移位的老年髋臼骨折患者资料。男8例，女12例；年龄为65~78岁，平均71.5岁。按冠状位CT对其臼顶压缩或移位进行分型，以臼顶骨折线为界将臼顶分为内外侧，A型（3例）：臼顶整
