  From 2009, as a new member of photovoltaic field, solar cells based on very cheap organic-inorganic perovskite-structured semiconductors (such as CH3NH3PbI3 or CH3NH3PbClxI3-x) have rapidly reached conversion efficiencies of more than 20%. During past 6 years studying, not only for solar cells, perovskite has become a star in chemistry, physics and material areas due to its unique properties in optoelectronics, such as laser, light-emitting diode, photodetectors, or transistors, and so on.
