RNA interference (RNAi),as an important gene silencing methods,it has a significant application to explore new methods for cancer treatment.However,the current pharmacological studies of siRNA do not yet provide an immediate clinical application due to their poor penetrability through the cell membrane,susceptibility to enzymatic digestion in the biological systmem and their off-target effects.
