　　On the basis of the Isolobal Analogy,B-N and C-C are iso-electronic so B,N-alkane analogs should have similar framework as alkanes and be generally occurred.However,the difference of electronegativity of B from N makes the B-N a polar bond and the hydrogen bonding to N appeared to positive charge and hydorgens connecting to B display negative charge.
