　　To better understand the mechanism of hydraulic fracturing,we establish a new numerical model considering hydro-mechanical coupling.The model simulates mechanical behavior of rock formations using the combined finite-element method and uses a simplified fracture flow equation derived from the general Navier-Stokes(N-S)equations and Darcy's law to describe fluid flow.
