The honey bee, social and economic insect, has considered to be a model for studying development, social behavior and neurobiology.The Apis genus consist of eight Asian species and one western species, including A.cerana, A.florea, A.dorsata, A.andreniformis, A.laboriosa, A.koschevnikovi, A.nigrocincta, A.nuluensis and Apis mellifera.Apis cerana cerana (ACC)was one subspecies of Apis cerana, which are ever distributed dominantly in China.
