Background Shoulder pain is relatively common in patients after pacemaker implantation and it has adversely affected the quality of life.Though some measures have been recently suggested for preventing postoperative shoulder pain, the related risk factors are not clear.Our study is to investigate the risk factors of shoulder pain after cardiac pacemaker implantation.
