　　In recent years ultrafiltration (UF) has attracted a considerable amount of attention in protein concentration or fractionation process as an efficient and powerful technique.Although protein concentration using UF has become a routine and successful operation in bioteclnology, poor selectivity of UF membranes has been regarded as one of the decisive factors limiting the application of UF systems in protein fractionation.
