　　Objective As the fourth most common cancer worldwide,gastric cancer has high morbidity,second only to lung cancer.The incidence of gastric cancer in China accounts for approximately half of the worlds total cases each year.Although the introduction of multimodality therapies have improved the outcomes,gastric cancer still remains a disease with poor prognosis.

目的 为了探讨胃癌骨转移的临床病理特征、骨转移相关模式的特征、治疗相关结果、生存期、预后因素.方法 收集2015年1月1日至2017年12月31日南昌大学第一附属医院就诊的胃癌骨转移患者资料.使用Kaplan-Meier分析和log-rank检验确定累计生存曲线.在95％可信区间(CI)中,单因素和多因素Cox预测风险回归模型评估骨转移的预后因素,P＜0.05有统计学意义.

目的 总结产甲胎蛋白胃癌(AFPGC)的临床病理学特征，探讨其诊治方案及预后.方法 对96例AFPGC患者的临床病理资料作回顾性分析.结果 96例AFPGC患者中，男66例、女30例，约为2.2∶1；其中年龄小于60岁的患者35例，大于等于60岁的患者61例；原发部位在胃窦的患者54例(占56.3％)，贲门16例(占16.7％)，胃体26例(占27.0％).
