目的：探索全麻状态下体外转流全身高热治疗过程中心肌是否存在损害。方法：择期热疗手术病人32例，ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级，无心脏病史，男18例，女14例，年龄23-65岁，平均46.7±3.3岁。体重44-87公斤，平均59.3±2.7公斤。每例病人术前30min肌注Dormicum 2mg，Hyosine 0.3mg。丙泊酚1.5mg/kg，芬太尼50μg/kg，维库溴铵0.1 mg/kg。诱导后气管插
背景：肛瘘治疗的目的是闭合瘘管和保留肛门功能。手术是治疗肛瘘的重要方法，但各种手术操作都可能影响肛门功能，而且愈合时间较长。纤维蛋白胶是一种新的无创治疗方法，虽然初期愈合率较高，但近年来研究发现愈合率仅有15％。我们在临床上利用脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix，ADM)填塞治疗肛瘘取得了令人鼓舞的效果。目的：本研究的目的是评价ADM治疗猪肛瘘模型的治疗猪肛瘘模型的愈合
