Background This study sought to investigate the effects of rhBNP on transient outward potassium current (Ito) in left ventricular myocytes of rabbit heart undergoing ischemia-reperfusion, so as to explore the cellular(ionic) basis of anisodamine treatment for antiarrhythmia.
