纳米金PCR技术检测痰标本中结核分枝杆菌

：

目的建立一种能简便、快速、敏感检测临床痰标本中结核分枝杆菌的方法.方法针对结核分枝杆菌IS6110 基因序列设计特异性引物,优化纳米金PCR 反应条件,建立可扩增出结核分枝杆菌基因片段的纳米金PCR.收集临床疑似肺结核患者痰标本130 份,用纳米金PCR 法和细菌分离培养法分别进行检测,并用纳米金PCR 法对结核分枝杆菌标准菌株H37Rv 进行检测,判断纳米金PCR 方法的最低检测限并分析灵敏

显微镜下选择性胫神经肌支切断术治疗成人和儿童脑瘫患者痉挛足的疗效对比

目的应用显微镜下选择性胫神经肌支切断术治疗成人和儿童脑瘫患者痉挛足，观察对比其临床效果。[方法]自2011 年～2013 年收治29 例47 肢体脑瘫痉挛足患者(成年患者13 例19 肢，儿童患者16 例28 肢)，均在显微镜下行选择性胫神经肌支切断术，术后指导康复训练并随访。手术前后采用改良Ashworth 量表，踝阵挛指数，踝关节被动背伸幅度，患者满意度等指标评估并对比疗效。
