Objective Background and Aims: Although the dysregulation of lysine acetylation(Kac)in the majority of intermediate metabolic enzymes play a dramatic role in tumor progression,an application of enzyme(de)acetylation as biomarker and potential targets for enhancing the efficacy of cancer therapeutics is very limited.Enolase 2(ENO2)is a key glycolytic enzyme in the metabolic glycolysis pathway,but its potential function in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)was unclear.
