目的:观察中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。方法:对186例224眼葡萄膜炎患者在西药常规治疗基础上加用辨证中药方。结果:本组患者治疗时间最短20天,最长90天。平均治疗时间(37.48±14.85)天,186例224眼中,治愈83例104眼(44.63%),好转66例79眼(35.48%),无效37例41眼(19.89%)。总有效率80.11%。结论:中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎临床疗效好,且副作用小。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of uveitis. Methods: 186 cases of 224 patients with uveitis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The treatment time of patients in this group is the shortest 20 days, the longest 90 days. The mean treatment time was 37.48 ± 14.85 days. In 186 of 224 eyes, 83 eyes (44.63%) were cured, 66 eyes (35.48%) were cured, and 37 eyes (19.89%) were ineffective in 37 eyes. The total effective rate of 80.11%. Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of uveitis is good and the side effects are small.
