随着我国航天事业的发展,解决再入飞行器进入大气层时出现的通讯中断问题就成为一项极为重要的任务。 本文通过对再入通讯中断原因的分析,提出从防热材料入手解决再入通讯中断问题,并且进行了地面模拟试验。试验结果证明,不同防热材料对通讯中断现象的影响明显不同;减少防热材料中碱金属和碱土金属元素含量是解决和减轻再入通讯中断现象的重要途径。此外,试验证明,在防热材料中引进固体粉末状亲电子物质不仅是可能的,而且是有效的。
With the development of China’s aerospace industry, it has become an extremely important task to solve the problem of communication interruption when reentry vehicles enter the atmosphere. Based on the analysis of the causes of the interruption of reentry communication, the paper puts forward to solve the problem of reentry communication interruption from the heat-proof material, and carries on the ground simulation test. The test results show that the effect of different heat-proof materials on communication interruption is obviously different. Reducing the contents of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals in heat-proof materials is an important way to solve and mitigate the phenomenon of re-entry communication interruption. In addition, tests have proved that it is not only possible but also effective to introduce a solid powdery electrophilic substance into the heat-proof material.
