介绍了烧结矿在高炉块状带的破损机理,研究了不同碱度烧结矿在高炉块状带的破损原因,得出了对于高碱度烧结矿,铁酸钙和赤铁矿的还原消失及正硅酸钙相变对烧结矿强度的影响是自熔性或酸性烧结矿的两倍以上;对于自熔性烧结矿和酸性烧结矿,由于矿物组成中极少甚至不含有正硅酸钙和铁酸钙,其强度只受赤铁矿还原消失影响的结论。
