Organic semiconducting small molecules and polymers are potentially seen as replacement for amorphous silicon.Higher performance coupled with solution-processability and low-cost benefits make organic semiconductors extremely promising.In my talk,we would like to use the spray-coating and solution-shearing method to fabricate organic semiconductor layers for organic field effect transistors(OFETs)applications.Through optimizing processing parameters,solvent used and solvent concentrations,the morphologies of solution-coated films were systematically investigated and then the OFETs were fabricated and characterized.Both the hole and electron mobility of the OFETs achieve the order of~1 cm2 V-1 s-1 and the ON/OFF ratio has at least four orders of magnitudes.
