表面效应对任意形状纳米孔洞周边应力场的影响

  表面效应在纳米尺度材料的研究中有着重要的地位。本文通过复变函数方法和级数展开法,对任意形状的纳米孔周的应力场(由表面效应诱发)进行了研究,并着重讨论了环向应力与孔边界曲率的关系。经过算例分析,发现最大的环向应力往往并非出现在边界孔的最大曲率点,而是在该点的附近。对于一些特定的椭圆孔和典型的非椭圆孔(三角形,正方形和矩形),在孔周曲率的最大点,环向应力甚至取极小值(而非极大值)。同时发现,虽然表面效应在孔周诱发了强的应力集中效应,但其对任意孔型都只是局部的,即远离孔时,该应力场将迅速衰减。
