　　The neodymium trifluoroacetate complex was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental and TG analysis,FT-IR spectra,and PL spectra.The optical properties of the liquid medium were studied.From the absorption and luminescence spectra,the Judd-Ofelt parameters of the Nd(CF3COO)3 dissovled in phosphorus oxychloride were obtained.
