Pulsed discharges have extensive application prospects in the fields of high voltage and pulsed power technology.Especially,nanosecond- pulse discharges can provide extremely high overvoltage and high power density to generate highly efficient non-thermal plasmas [1].However,traditional Townsend and streamer theories could not fully explain the discharge phenomenon under ultra-fast pulse excitation.In recent years,more attention have concentrated on the runaway electrons with high energy (＞ keV) in the discharge process,and many corresponding hypothesis have developed.
