ESP teaching is very important for universities to train inter-disciplinary talents.However, there exist many problems in that in terms of pedagogical management, students, textbooks, teachers and teaching method.Therefore countermeasures must be taken to reform ESP teaching: to strengthen pedagogical management, to arouse students interest in ESP, to choose proper textbooks, to upgrade the qualities of ESP teachers, to implement staging teaching of ESP and to set up an effective evaluation system of ESP.Only in this way can the effect of ESP teaching be greatly upgraded.
