在大科学时代和集成创新背景下,网络型知识组织中的隐性知识流转成为常态,逐渐形成了隐性知识流转网。隐性知识流转网中存在着合作,也需要合作,知识合作贯穿于网络动态演化始终。利益分配问题对网络中持续、有效的成员合作至关重要,本文根据行为属性将成员的知识合作分为知识流转和合作创新两个方面,基于成员贡献,综合考虑各方面因素,构建了成员知识合作的利益分配机制,并通过案例证明了分配机制的有效性,为网络组织的利益分配实践提供参考和理论依据。
Under the background of big science and integrated innovation, the tacit knowledge transfer in cyber-based knowledge organizations has become the norm and gradually formed the tacit knowledge transfer network. Tacit knowledge transfer network there is cooperation, but also the need for cooperation, knowledge and cooperation throughout the dynamic evolution of the network has always been. The issue of the distribution of benefits is crucial to the continuous and effective cooperation among members in the network. According to the behavior attributes, this paper divides members’ knowledge cooperation into two aspects: knowledge flow and cooperation innovation. Based on contribution of members and comprehensive consideration of various factors, Cooperation benefit distribution mechanism, and through the case to prove the effectiveness of the distribution mechanism for the benefit of the network organization to provide a reference for the practice and theoretical basis.
