　　Osteoporosis(OT)is a bone disease inducing fragile bones.To date,the diagnosis of OT in clinics mainly relies on bone mass derived from DXA scan.However,experiments have suggested that OT bones are different from healthy bones in microstructure and bone quality as well as bone mass.
