Aim: To investigate the effect of compatibility of Astragalosides (AST) with Panax Notoginseng Saponins (PNS) on the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9（MMP-9） and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) after cerebral ischemia reperfusion (CIR) injury in mice and probe its anti-ischemic brain injury protection mechanism.
