水生态文明是生态文明的重要组成部分和基础保障.长江流域水资源条件相对丰富,具有开展水生态文明建设的良好基础,但也面临水污染加剧、水生态恶化等压力和挑战.本文针对长江流域32个全国水生态文明城市建设试点,介绍了长江流域水生态文明城市建设试点的总体布局、建设目标和建设内容等情况,并根据长江流域不同试点城市或地区水资源条件、区域特点和经济社会发展状况等因素,分析总结了建设试点中存在的问题、原因以及试点工

水生态文明是生态文明的重要组成部分和基础保障.长江流域水资源条件相对丰富,具有开展水生态文明建设的良好基础,但也面临水污染加剧、水生态恶化等压力和挑战.本文针对长江流域32个全国水生态文明城市建设试点,介绍了长江流域水生态文明城市建设试点的总体布局、建设目标和建设内容等情况,并根据长江流域不同试点城市或地区水资源条件、区域特点和经济社会发展状况等因素,分析总结了建设试点中存在的问题、原因以及试点工作经验,提出了推进水生态文明建设资金筹措、水文化建设、监督体系等方面的建议.
