一、半月板的生理解剖半月板位于股骨内、外侧髁与胫骨内、外侧髁的关节面之间,主要由纤维软骨构成,分为内侧半月板和外侧半月板.半月板是膝关节中的重要结构,具有限制股骨髁过度向前滑动,稳定膝关节、吸收震荡.分散负荷、调整压力、润滑并促进关节内营养等重要功能.
