腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术后并发症的护理

膀胱肿瘤是泌尿系中常见的恶性肿瘤，膀胱全切术+回肠新膀胱术是目前治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌及对膀胱灌注化疗和免疫治疗耐受的表浅肿瘤标准手术方案。应用腹腔镜进行该手术与开放手术相比，具有能够更细致、更精确处理盆底深部的重要结构，术中出血较少；尿道括约肌损伤几率较少，有助于保留神经血管束，手术创伤少，术后恢复快；避免肠管长时间暴露，有利于术后肠道功能恢复，减少术后肠粘连及感染等并发症优点，现就腹腔镜下全膀胱
