  Semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes(sc-SWCNTs)have been regarded as one of ideal materials to fabricate high-performance thin film transistors(TFTs)and circuits due to their flexibility,high mobility,easy solution process,chemical and physical stability and low post-treatment temperature.[1-3] In this work,we demonstrated that many commercial semiconductor polymers and as-synthesized new polymers had ability to separate sc-SWCNTs from arc discharge SWCNTs.
